Dear MRCS Families,
The Tuition and Fees Schedule for the 2026-2027 school year can be downloaded here. We are presenting an increase in tuition fees this year. We do have to account for inflation increases regarding programming and staffing costs. Please note that these tuition fees also include regularly occurring field trips, textbooks, and Kindergarten to Grade 5 school supplies.
IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY PAYING BY PAD AGREEMENT (PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT):
- We will increase the amount of the debit, as per your enrollment for 2026-27 and continue to draw from the account currently in use. We will withdraw the tuition fee over 12 months beginning on July 1, 2026, continuing through to June 1, 2027.
If we are currently withdrawing on the 15th of the month, we will continue to do so.
*If your banking information will change for next year’s tuition withdrawals, you must submit a new PAD form by June 15, 2026.
IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY PRE-PAYING BY CHEQUE:
For the 2026-27 school year, you may choose to make:
- 2 Payments: You will need to submit a cheque dated July 1, 2026 for 50% of your annual tuition and a post-dated cheque for January 1, 2027 for the remaining 50% of the tuition.
- 1 Payment: You will need to submit a cheque dated July 1, 2026 for full amount of your annual tuition.
* These cheques need to be submitted to the office by June 15, 2026.
**Please note, we do not accept credit cards for tuition payments
***If you are no longer planning to pre-pay your tuition, you will need to submit a PAD agreement to the office by June 15, 2026.
Tuition and Fees for 2026 – 2027
To determine your tuition rate, find the grade of your eldest MRCS student and follow across to the column representing the number of students you have at MRCS.

A portion of your tuition is tax deductible. Charitable donation receipts are issued in February. MRCS adheres to Canada Revenue Agency guidelines for tax receipts.

Tuition Payment Options:
- Pre-authorized payment plan: 12 monthly payments will be automatically adjusted, renewed & withdrawn July 1, 2026 to June 1, 2027
- One Payment: Post dated cheque for full amount dated July 1, 2026
- Two Payments: Post dated cheques dated July 1, 2026: 50% of tuition and January 1, 2027: 50% of tuition
PAD with VOID cheque, or One/Two Payment post-dated cheques are due to office by June 15, 2026
No credit cards accepted for tuition payments
Additional Fees
- These fees represent approximate additional costs as part of student learning
- Graduation activity costs may be reduced through fundraising
- Field trips, textbooks, and K to grade 5 supplies are included in tuition.
