Library Books and Textbooks Due ASAP

A reminder that all library books and textbooks are due as soon as possible.
This year, the library will be transitioning to a new software system. The changeover date of June 19 is outside of our control, and after that date we will no longer be able to check library materials in or out.

Please take some time to locate any library books or textbooks that belong to the school and return them as soon as possible. If a library book or textbook has been lost, we appreciate your help in settling any replacement costs electronically in the office or library (cash only) before the end of the school year.
High school students: if you have textbooks that you are no longer using, please return them now. If you need a textbook for an upcoming exam, you may keep it until your exam date. A collection table will be available outside the exam room so textbooks can be returned immediately following the exam.

Thank you for helping us complete this transition smoothly. Please make sure you know where your books and textbooks are so they can be returned on time.

End-of-Year Lost & Found Reminder

As we wrap up the school year, we encourage families to check the Lost & Found for any missing items. Following the Walkathon foam party and other year-end activities, a number of items have been collected, cleaned, and returned to the Lost & Found area.

The Lost & Found will be displayed in the hallway during the final week of school. Any unclaimed items will be donated after the school year concludes.
Thank you for a wonderful year, MRCS! We are grateful for your partnership and look forward to celebrating these final days together.

Office Closure Reminder

Please note that on Wednesday, June 17, the school office will close at 3:30 PM, and all staff will be unavailable after that time due to a year-end staff function. If you require assistance from the office or school staff, please plan accordingly and contact us before 3:30 PM that day.

Thank you for your understanding.

MRCS Summer Sports Camps

We’re excited to once again offer MRCS Summer Sports Camps this summer! These camps provide students with the opportunity to build skills, stay active, grow in confidence, and connect with coaches and peers in a fun, encouraging environment.

Participants do not need to attend MRCS  so invite a friend from the community!

Registration is OPEN.

Information, camp details, and registration link available at: www.mrcs.ca/summer

Last week, our school community gathered for the Walkathon Celebration Assembly, taking time to celebrate the incredible generosity, creativity, and community spirit that made this year’s Walkathon such a success. It was exciting to recognize our fundraising achievements and the impact these gifts will have on the future of MRCS.

We also enjoyed our annual Grad Parade, a special tradition that gave students and staff the opportunity to celebrate the Class of 2026. It was a meaningful moment to recognize our graduates and cheer them on as they prepare for the next chapter of their journey.
