Dear Parents, As you noticed this morning, significant work is happening in the front entrance in preparation of the new entryway and office area. As such, all students will need to enter through the Kindergarten entrance tomorrow, Tuesday, June 18. Any students/families that are late, please make sure you still check in at the front office. We are sure going to be getting our step count in! Thank you again for your ongoing patience and flexibility during this construction season!

1. Course Selections for High School Students received the Google form to do their course selections last week. Each grade had an information session before this form was sent out. Please remind your child that their course selections are due in the Google form that was sent to them by Wednesday, June 19, 2024. 2. Elementary School (Kindergarten through Grade 5) School supplies for Kindergarten through Grade 5 students are provided by the school. Parents do not need to purchase any school classroom supplies other than personal items such as a lunch kit, backpack, indoor shoes, etc. Middle School (Grades 6-8) Parents of middle school students can choose one of the following options: Order supplies online through School Start before July 31. Thanks to a generous donor, our staff kitchen is being updated with new cabinetry. To complete the renovation, we are looking to see if someone would like to sponsor / donate updated stoves, hood fans, and fridges/coolers. This will bless our staff and benefit the Hot Lunch program. Please contact if you can help in this way.

1. Volunteer Appreciation Family Movie Night Have you helped out this past school year? Drivers, in the classroom, hot lunch, athletics, field trips, events, etc. We would love to show our appreciation with a fun family movie night on Friday, June 14 at 6:30 PM in the gym. As the board and leadership plan for the coming school years, we are looking for input on areas to support our school community. One area we are gathering information on is bussing for those located further east or west of the school. In order to be most cost-effective, the bussing option would be a few community stops rather than door service. Please only fill in one survey per family.  Bussing Interest Survey

1. Elementary Team Spirit DayOur K-Gr. 5 students will be participating in Team Spirit Day this Friday, June 7. Parents are welcome to join us for the opening chapel at 8:45 AM to enjoy the team cheers and the 2023/24 Top Runner Awards. Our hot lunch team will be serving snack (oranges and a granola bar) and lunch (hot dog, chips, juice) to all the K-Gr. 5 students. Student food allergies have been accounted for.
