Walkathon Fundraising Update – May 25

It’s Walkathon Week!

We are thrilled to announce that we have raised $34,700 of our goal, and we pray this next week will bring more donations from our amazing students. Here’s an update on where we’re at!

Current Total: $34,700
Current Goal: $65,000

We will be extending our donation period by one week so we can get those funds in over next weekend as well! Thank you for all your support! Here’s the link to donate via Raisely.

Preparing for Friday, May 29

We are counting down the days until we hit the pavement together! A few quick reminders for parents:

  • The Look: Wear MRCS gear or school colours (Blue/Black/White).
  • The Kit: Pack a hat, sunscreen, and—most importantly—a towel and a change of clothes for our secret surprise ending!
  • The Schedule: The walk kicks off at 10:45 AM, followed by a wrap-up assembly at 1:30 PM.
  • Safety: A certified First Aid attendant and a “pick-up” vehicle will be on the route to ensure every student is safe and supported.

Thank you, MRCS families, for building this legacy with us!

MRCS Summer Sports Camps

We’re excited to once again offer MRCS Summer Sports Camps this summer! These camps provide students with the opportunity to build skills, stay active, grow in confidence, and connect with coaches and peers in a fun, encouraging environment.

Registration is OPEN.

Information, camp details, and registration link available at: www.mrcs.ca/summer

With the beautiful weather recently, our Middle School students have been taking advantage of the outdoors during Exploratories, exploring God’s creation, building community, and engaging in hands-on learning experiences outside the classroom.
