Dear High School Parents,
Please click to view the High School Final Assessment Schedule for June 2026.
As we prepare to finish the school year well, we would like to clarify a few important expectations and procedures for our high school assessment days.
Assessment Days: June 17–19, 2026
- Students are not expected to be at school for the full day unless they have scheduled assessments or require the quiet study space.
- Students are required to attend and complete all scheduled assessments during the assigned date and time listed on the schedule.
- Missing an assessment without prior approval may impact a student’s final mark and likely result in a zero on that assessment.
Attendance Expectations
We ask families to carefully review the schedule and ensure students are available during their assigned assessment times. These assessments are considered mandatory components of the course.
As previously communicated:
- Students will only be excused in cases of extreme circumstances that are pre-approved through administration.
- Any such circumstances must be communicated by a parent to the leadership team ahead of time or on the day of for emergency situations.
Quiet Study Room Expectations
A quiet study room will be available for students who need to remain at school between assessments or for the full day.
This space is intended to support productive studying and preparation. Students in the study room will be expected to:
- Study quietly and independently
- Use the time productively for academic preparation
- Respect the quiet learning environment for others
Please note that students may not:
- Game on computers
- Use phones
- Talk socially with friends
- Disrupt the quiet environment
Students who are not following the expectations of the study room will have parents contacted to pick them up.
We appreciate your partnership and support as we seek to provide a focused and successful assessment experience for our students. Please take some time as a family to review the attached schedule carefully.
