Walkathon Fundraising Update – May 11
What an awesome week for MRCS! It has been such a blessing to see our students live out Acts 20:35, learning firsthand that it truly is “more blessed to give than to receive.”
We are excited to share that our community has already raised $12,230 toward our $65,000 goal for the MRCS Walkathon. Thank you for your incredible support and generosity!

Phyllis L. spent the weekend making and selling friendship bracelets in support of the Walkathon fundraiser — way to go, Phyllis!
Ophelia M. set up a table at a community garage sale selling stickers, popsicles, and lemonade. Combined with additional donations, she raised an amazing $520. Incredible work, Ophelia!
K- Grade 5 Early Dismissal – May 21
To accommodate the Primary Cross Country race schedule, there will be an early dismissal for K-5 students on Thursday, May 21 at 2:15 PM. Please ensure students are picked up promptly.
Victoria Day Reminder
Please note that there is no school for grades K-12 on Friday, May 15 for Staff Appreciation Day and Monday, May 18 for Victoria Day.
CLUE On Stage
The High School Version By Jonathan Lynn, Sandy Rustin, Hunter Foster & Erin Price Join us for an evening of mystery, comedy, and fast-paced fun as our talented MRCS drama students bring CLUE On Stage to life from May 21–23. Based on the classic board game, this madcap murder mystery is filled with colourful characters, clever twists, and plenty of laughs—keeping you guessing until the very end.
