Dear Parents and Guardians, On Thursday, April 16, Fraser Health will be returning to Maple Ridge Christian School for their routine spring follow-up immunization clinic. The purpose of this clinic is to provide catch-up immunizations for any Grades 6-12 students who have incomplete immunization records, or who may have missed the clinic hosted on February 27.
