Weekly Updates – Monday, June 16 – Year End Awards, Report Cards, Fall Gala, Out of School Program, MRCS Employment

Dear Families,

1. Year-End Awards

On Tuesday, June 17, the high school athletics awards will take place in the grand hall at 2:00 PM.

On Friday, June 20, the middle and high school awards will take place:

MS Awards: 8:45-10:00 AM
HS Awards: 10:40-11:30 AM

2. Report Cards – Elementary & Middle School

Please note elementary teachers K-8 will be sending year-end report cards via email between Tuesday, June 24 and Wednesday, June 25, 2025. This is a new process for our school, so we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this new system.

We are working to be Creation-Caretakers by using less paper and creating a more streamlined process for communicating student learning. Teachers will be sending them at a time that works in their personal schedule for the in-house work week after students are released. As such, you may receive report cards for your children in different grades at different times, with final report cards being sent by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

3. Last Day of School

On Friday, June 20, there will be an early dismissal at 11:30 AM. We hope you have a great summer and we look forward to next year.

4. Congratulations, Class of 2025!

Congratulations to this year’s Class of 2025. The grad ceremony for this year’s graduates will take place on Wednesday, June 25 at 6:00 PM, at Burnett Fellowship Church. It was a blessing having you as part of our school community and being role models for the younger students.

As you start the next chapter of your life, we pray that you will continue to feel the presence of God and live a Christ-centered life. You will always be part of the MRCS community!
