Parent Prayer Walk and Other Upcoming Events

Welcome Back! We hope you all had a restful Spring Break and Easter. Please take some time to read this week’s announcements and reminders.

1. Parent Prayer Walk

Meet in front of the school this Wednesday morning at 8:30 AM to participate in the parent prayer walk, as we lift MRCS up in prayer. Email Andrea if you have any questions.


2. Gala en Bleu

Get your tickets or a table of 8 for this year’s gala on Saturday, April 27 at Meadow Gardens Golf Club. Ticket purchase deadline is next Friday, April 12.

3. Hot Lunch

Our next hot lunch is next Thursday, April 11, sponsored by Morita Autobody. Order deadline is this Thursday, April 4 at 11:59 PM.

4. New Family Applications

Word of mouth is the #1 reason new families apply to our school! We currently have space in grades 1, 2, 11, & 12, as well as very limited space in kindergarten and grade 9. Let’s spread the word and fill these classes for the 2024-25 year. You can direct any interested families to start the process by filling out this admissions intake form.

Any current family or staff who makes a referral that results in a submitted application form from a new family, will receive a $25 thank you gift card!


5. MRCS is hiring!

Spread the word – we have a few openings for next school year and we’d love your referrals.

6. Safer Schools Together Erase Family Sessions

Safer Schools Together visited MRCS in the fall and offered the staff, students and parents some online safety tips. They are holding some additional sessions on April 10 & 16 at 6:30 PM online if you would like to join in. These free online sessions focus on social media awareness and online safety for parents, caregivers and students age 10 and up.

7. Online Estate Planning Event with the Christian School Foundation

MRCS is a member of the Christian School Foundation, and as part of that we are able to offer many of their resources to our community. In the fall, we held an estate planning event here at the school and now they are holding one online on April 24 for those who missed out on the first one. Register here »
