High School Math and Science: Raymond Mba
Raymond Mba will be joining MRCS as our new High School Math and Science teacher, starting September 23, 2024. Raymond has six years of teaching experience in BC, over 10 years of experience in teaching math and history in Vietnam (teaching the Australian curriculum), holds a Bachelor of Technology in Physics and a Masters in Educational Leadership. He has taught Pre-Calculus 11 and 12, Calculus 11 and 12, Foundations of Math 11, Math 10, Science 8-9, STEM 9, STEM 8 and more.
Raymond has been looking to find a position as a teacher in a Christian education setting and during his visit to the school on Friday, Raymond stated that he felt like he had come “home”. Raymond will immediately begin teaching Science 9, Foundations of Math 11, and supporting students in Physics 12. We joyfully welcome Raymond to our teaching team.

We thank Samuel for stepping in and being open to supporting our students, but also understand that his preferred age and content areas are not High School Math and Science. We appreciate Sam’s joyful participation in all aspects of our high school program and wish him well as he pursues new endeavours.
