1. Hot Lunch
We are happy to announce that our MRCS Hot Lunch program is ready to launch! Our first hot lunch date is Thursday, September 21, which is coming up quickly – so the deadline for ordering is this Sunday, September 17 at 6:00 PM. All proceeds will go towards the building project.
We use a local company called Munchalunch to run everything.

A few tips for ordering:
- It will be much easier to navigate on a computer or laptop versus a phone.
- If you are ordering for more than one person, do not checkout until you have added orders for each person (click on the blue “Lunch Session” button to be able to select the next person – see picture below )
- There is a known issue on mobile / phone browsers where the credit card payment doesn’t go through sometimes. The one big change that Munchalunch made since last year to help with this is that if your order is submitted, but not paid for within 3 hours then it will be automatically cancelled. You will get an email if your order was cancelled, which will alert you to log back on and try submitting again.

The ordering is open for only the September 21 hot lunch at this point, but stay tuned as we are working to get all the hot lunch dates until Christmas open for ordering very soon.
We do not have a sponsor for this hot lunch, but please let Alyson () know if you are interested in helping us mitigate our costs for future hot lunch dates.
As a business sponsor, we offer multiple advertisements of your logo and website link (no tax receipt issued). The cost is $500.
As a personal donation there would be no advertisement, but you would be issued a tax receipt. The amount donated is up to you!
2. Clothing Store
The MRCS Clothing Store will be open until this Friday, September 15 at 11:59 PM, so get your orders in before it closes! https://vbs.itemorder.com/shop/home/ The code to enter the store is MRCS23.
If you are ordering adult size clothing for children 14 and under and would like the PST exemption, please email and they will get that going for you.
All orders will likely be received here at the school by Thanksgiving.

3. High School Late Start
The high school students and teachers are coming back from camp this afternoon by 3:30/4:00 PM. REMINDER that tomorrow is late start at 9:25 AM for HIGH SCHOOL ONLY.
