1. K-Grade 12 Parent-Teacher Conferences
K-12 Parent Teacher Conferences are on Thursday, November 30 from 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM. The links to sign up was sent out in the app on Friday.
Please note, there will be no classes K-12 for just that day. Classes will run as normal on Friday, December 1.
2. Call for Christmas Tree Decorations
Our high school student council always does a great job decorating for Christmas, but their Christmas tree decorations are getting a little worn down and sparse. Any donations of new or good condition tree decorations would be greatly appreciated! Please drop them off at the front office.
3. Hot Lunch
The next hot lunch date is Thursday, December 7 and we will be enjoying White Spot. Orders will close on Thursday, November 30 at 11:59 PM. Thank you to our business sponsor D&J Flooring!

4. Lost and Found
Our lost and found is packed full of all kinds of things and it has moved! Please take a moment to come just inside to the gym foyer to check for your kids’ belongings. Also, because we share outdoor space with the Fairview students, some belongings have been getting mixed up. They have told us we are welcome to come look through their lost and found as well. All unclaimed items will be donated over Christmas break.
5. Cold Weather Clothing
Please remember to send your children in K-8 dressed appropriately for the weather. Some children are hanging out in the front entrance or inside near the gym as they wait for school to begin. We cannot allow students to wait inside before the first bell rings as we do not have supervision. Students must wait outside until the bell rings.
