Grad Update June 2025

Hello MRCS Grads and Families,

We are excited to communicate with you regarding the final details for your child’s graduation week:

Graduation Dress Rehearsal:

The graduates will have a mandatory dress rehearsal during their block four class from 12:20-1:20 PM on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at Burnett Church (located at 20639 – 123RD AVE. MAPLE RIDGE, BC V2X 4B1)
We will walk the graduates and all those involved through the process for the graduation ceremony. All students must be present at this dress rehearsal. Please make sure your child is present at school that day for this important rehearsal.

Graduation Banquet:

Date: Tuesday, June 24, 2025
Location: Pitt Meadows Golf Club – 13615 Harris Road, Pitt Meadows, BC
Doors open at 5:00 PM / Dinner at 6:00 PM and Dance to follow
Our Grad Tickets are “reserved” through a google form. The form will collect all the necessary information (number, names). Please click here to reserve your grad banquet tickets.
Once you have completed the form, payment for the tickets can be done by etransfer to (please write “grad banquet tickets” in the notes section) or by coming into the office to pay with debit, cash or cheque (no credit cards).
Names will not be added to the entry list until payment has been received.
CUTOFF FOR TICKETS: JUNE 12

Graduation Ceremony:

Date: Wednesday, June 25, 2025 beginning at 6:00 PM
- Grads must be at the church by 5:30 PM
- They will get their cap and gown at that time. The grads can return their gowns after the ceremony at the church or to the school by Friday, June 27 at 3:00 PM. The cap is theirs to keep.
Location: Burnett Church
- 20639 – 123RD AVE. MAPLE RIDGE, BC V2X 4B1
- This is a new location from previous years. Please ensure you are going to the correct location.

There are no tickets or capacity limits required for this event
- Doors open at 5:30 PM
Laura Berkenpas Photography will be at the graduation ceremony to capture the evening for all families. Each family will receive a link to download all photos about a week after the event. It will include individual photos of your grad receiving his/her diploma as well as his/her blessing. This cost is covered by the school.
