Date and Times: Tuesday, December 19, 2023 from 8:25 AM-2:45 PM
Drop Off
- Location: Burnett Fellowship Church-20639 123 Ave, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 4B1
- Drop Off Times:
- There will be a supervisor outside from 8:10-8:20 AM.
- There will be a traffic cone with your child’s grade on it for your child to line up at (much as they do at MRCS)
- There will be a staff member and some volunteers to monitor your child from 8:10-8:20 AM, at which time the students will be taken inside to begin the day
Pick Up
- Location: Burnett Fellowship Church 20639 123 Ave, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 4B1
- Pick Up Time:
- Children will be waiting in their supervised lineups at 2:40 PM
- Please pick up your child no later than 2:45 PM
What to Bring:
- Please send your child with a snack/lunch that does not need to be heated. We will not have access to microwaves in the classrooms
- Please send your child dressed for the weather as we will still have both the morning and lunch recess break and plan to be playing outside for some of that time
- Please include a bag with some extra clothes just in case of accidents. We will not have access to their extra clothes from the school
- Please ensure that your child has a water bottle
- For students who have medicine stored in the office (epipens, Advil, etc.) we will transfer that medicine to the church for the day
