Dear Families,

Welcome to the 2025/26 school year! We are excited to begin this year in our new education wing and continue to equip, train, and inspire students to live in God’s truth.

First Days of School

  • Grades 1-12: Tuesday, Sept 2, 2025 (full day: 8:25 AM – 2:55/3:00 PM)
  • Kindergarten: Wednesday, Sept 3, 2025 (gradual entry, see June letter)

Daily Schedules

  • Elementary (K-5): 8:25 AM – 2:55 PM
  • Middle (6-8): 8:25 AM – 2:55 PM
  • High School (9-12): 8:25 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Fridays Early Dismissal: K-8 at 2:15 PM, HS at 2:25 PM

Student Tech Use Policy

  • K-8: No personal devices during the day
  • Grades 9-12: Devices allowed at lunch and after school
  • Devices must stay in lockers or bags
  • Repeat infractions may require parent pickup

Tuition

Kindergarten
See June letter for gradual entry details. Contact the office if you did not receive it.

New Parent Orientation
Gym, Monday, Sept 15, 2025, 6:30 PM
Mandatory for one parent; $50 refund for attendance.

Re-Registration

  • Opens September 2025 via MRCS app
  • Fee: $100 due Oct 1, 2025 ($200 after Oct 1)

School Supplies

  • K-5: Provided (included in tuition)
  • Grades 6-12: Supply Lists (password: seeker)

Indoor Shoes
Required for K-3.
Designated/clean, non-marking athletic footwear is required for grades 6-12 in the new high school gym.

Medical Information

  • Medication requires a signed permission form.
  • Contact office for storage arrangements.

Field Trips

  • Annual permission form sent home the first week.
  • Drivers need registration, driver’s abstract, and CRC.

Music Program

  • Band required in Grades 7-8.
  • Instrument rental approximately $100/year.

Parking and Traffic

  • Follow one-way traffic flow.
  • No waiting in drop-off lane.
  • Back into parking stalls.

Pets
Please leave pets at home unless pre-approved.
