Current Families:
Applications are being accepted from current families that have a child starting Kindergarten in September 2026. If you did not receive an email with the link, please contact Mrs. Cramer.
New Families:
October 15, 2025 at 6:00 PM: Kindergarten Information & Tour Evening. If you missed this event, submit a General Admissions Inquiry to request a family tour appointment.
October 20-27, 2025: Kindergarten applications are accepted from new families. Please email Mrs. Cramer if you have not received the application link.
- Grades 1-12
For September 2026 Start:
January 1, 2026: Gr. 1-12 applications accepted from new families
January 8 & 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM: Group tour and information evenings

If there is space available, families will be sent an application package to complete. The application includes information about your child/family as well as a link to send to your pastor as a reference.
If there is space available, families will be sent an application package to complete. A $200 non-refundable fee is required before the application will be processed.
If there is no space available, your child will be placed on the waitlist. There is no fee to be placed on the waitlist and there is no time limit.
Please note that regularly occurring field trips, textbooks, and elementary school supplies are included in the tuition.
How to determine your annual tuition rate:
- Find the grade of your eldest child.
- Follow across to the column that indicates the total number of children you would like to enrol at MRCS.

Note: a portion of your tuition is considered a donation to a non-profit organization and you will receive a tax receipt for this portion.

Once we have received the needed documentation and application fee, we review all applications thoroughly and schedule the following:
- A placement assessment with the Education Support Director
- An interview for parents with the Lead Principal
If the application is approved, the Registrar will email to confirm acceptance to Maple Ridge Christian School and make arrangements for the final paperwork and tuition payment.
