Dear Families,
We’re looking forward to a great start to the school year and have a couple of special days coming up:
- Wednesday, Sept 3 – First Day of Kindergarten
Kindergarten students begin with gradual entry. Please check your class communications for your child’s schedule. - Thursday, Sept 4 – Welcome Back BBQ & Meet the Teacher (5-7 PM)
Come celebrate the new school year with us! From 5-6 PM, enjoy a $2 hot dog meal (chips and drink included) and free Freezies for kids. There will be fun activities like balloon twisting, glitter tattoos, and a bouncy obstacle course.- At 6 PM, visit classrooms to meet your child’s teacher and see their learning space.
- At 7 PM the following meetings will begin:
- Grad Meeting for Grade 12 parents & 2026 Grads in Room 246
- Middle School Orientation Meeting in Room 243
Reminders:
- Please make sure both parents/guardians have the MRCS App installed – it’s one of our main communication tools! The app was updated recently and may require you to sign in again. The sign in, use the personal email address and password that you originally used to access the app. The password “seeker” is for the website Parent Portal only.
- High school parents: Check your email and complete HS Camp forms as soon as possible to meet deadlines.
