Dear Families,
We’re excited for our Welcome Back BBQ on Thursday, Sept 4, 5-7:00 PM!
We need help to make it a success:
- Provide a BBQ and fuel for the BBQ (drop off at the school by 3:00 PM on September 4)
- Grill from 4:30-6:00 PM
- Assist with food and beverage 4:30-6:00 PM
- Assist with clean up 6:-7:00 PM
The BBQ will be at the exterior Grand Hall entrance (east side of the building). If you can help, please contact Jessica at by Friday, August 29.
