Honouring God Through Teamwork and Sport
Our athletics program encourages teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship. Students are challenged to develop physical skills while learning to compete with integrity, respect others, and honour God in all they do.
Elementary
Running Club
As temple-keepers, learning about caring for our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit begins in kindergarten. As part of a regular school day through the year, elementary students participate in Running Club.
Cross-country Running
Students have an opportunity to compete in cross-country training and races in fall and spring.
Track and Field
Students in grades 4 and 5 compete in track and field meets in the spring.
Grade 6 and 7
Participation, skill development, and strong work ethic are emphasized in our grade 6 and 7 athletics program. Students are exposed to a wide variety of sports while they are encouraged to adopt characteristics such as responsibility, grit, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Cross-country running, soccer, tripleball (an introduction to volleyball)

Basketball, floor hockey
Spring
Badminton, ultimate frisbee, track and field

Grade 8 to 12
Our high school athletics program gives opportunities for students to learn valuable life lessons while maintaining an active lifestyle and engaging in competitive leagues. Some student athletes volunteer as middle school coaches.
