Hello MRCS community!
Here are some things to note:
- There is NO SCHOOL this Friday (Oct. 7) and Monday (Oct. 10). We hope you enjoy an especially long Thanksgiving weekend as you reflect on all the good blessings our Lord has provided.
Please remember to check the school calendar every week to prepare for what events and activities are happening! You can find the calendar in the MRCS app and online in the Parent Portal (password: community).
- Your child’s school photo is ready to order. Kindergarten to Grade 8 students were given their proofs to bring home. Grade 9-12 students/parents are asked to pick up the proofs at the school office.
- Paper orders are due at office: October 13 (by 4 PM)
- Online orders are due by: October 17
Not happy with the photo? Photo Retake Day is Thursday, November 3.
- We are hosting an Open House for prospective families next Thursday (Oct. 13) at 6 PM. If you know of a family that is interested in joining our school community, they can sign up for the open house using this registration form.
The kindergarten 2023-24 registration window is fast approaching! Make note that we are accepting registrations from October 24-28, 2022. Please contact Mrs. Yvonne Cramer ( for an application package.

There is an Esperanza service trip info meeting happening on Wednesday, October 19 at 7 PM. This trip happens the first week of Spring Break and is open to Gr. 10-12 students (with priority being given to the Gr. 11 and 12 students). There are 35 spots available and interested students/parents should attend this info night for more details.
