  1. Hot Lunch Order

The next Hot Lunch date is March 30 and because that is the week we come back from Spring Break we are opening up the order form early. The last day to order will be Monday, March 27.

We are switching to a website called Munch a Lunch for our upcoming Hot Lunch orders. It will be a lot easier for our volunteer /admin team and hopefully for parents as well once we get fully set up because in the future you will be able to order for numerous hot lunches all at once.

  1. You will click ‘Register Here’ to register a parent account (note: if you already have an account at a different school please use this link instead:
  2. On the ‘My Children’ page you will add your kids and select their grade and class. Staff can add themselves here as well.
  3. Click “Order Lunch” > Next > add your desired items > click ‘Finished’ > Next > Submit. The system will prompt you to ‘Create another Order’ (if you have more than one child) > follow the steps again.
  4. Once you have submitted all of your orders click ‘Pay’ to checkout using your credit card.
  5. You will be emailed:  a copy of each order placed as well as a payment receipt for the total amount you paid. 

2. Early Dismissal / Spring Break

All students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 will be dismissed at 12:00 PM on Friday, March 10. Please ensure prompt pick up of your child(ren) at noon as supervision after this time is not available.

The first day of school after Spring Break is Monday, March 27

3. Lost and Found

All items in the lost and found (clothing, shoes, hats, water bottles, etc.) will be donated to charity on March 10. The lost and found is located in the foyer. Please come claim your child’s lost items.
