1. No School and Kindergarten to Grade 8: Student-Led Conferences
All students from K-Grade 8 are working with their teachers to prepare a Student-Led Conference to share on one of the following dates:
Thursday, March 2 from 10 AM-7 PM
Friday, March 3 from 8 AM-2 PM

Please note:
On March 2 and 3 there will be no regular classes for K- Grade 8
Grades 9-12 are in session as per usual
2. Lost and Found
All items in the lost and found will be donated to charity on March 10. The lost and found is located in the foyer. Please check for your child’s lost items when you come in for Student-Led Conferences.
3. March Hot Lunch Sponsor
We are looking for a small business or family to sponsor our March Hot Lunch. We ask for $500 and we provide our gratitude via an advertisement / thank you in our app communications, on the order forms, and on social media.

4. Save the Date! Reunited: Gala and Auction
Our annual spring gala and auction event will be the evening of Saturday, May 6 at Meadow Gardens Golf Club in Pitt Meadows. We are excited to come together as a community to celebrate how God continues to provide life-changing opportunities through our school.

5. Christian University Fair
MRCS will be hosting a Christian University Fair this Friday, March 3 from 11:00 AM-12:30 PM in the library learning commons. Students will have an opportunity to visit the booths in that time frame.
Parents are also welcome to stop by and visit the various booths and ask the university representatives questions and gather information. We ask that parents who come in sign in and out at the front office as a visitor.
6. High School Assessments / Last Day of School
The last day of school for K to grade 12 will be Tuesday, June 20, 2023. All high school assessments, including the provincial assessments, will be completed by June 20; there will be no exam week following the last day of classes this year.
