COVID Protocol Reminders
We have tried our best to make the current COVID protocols as “normal” as possible. Over the past two months, the students and staff have adapted quickly and the school days have been going well. We need to remain vigilant in order to stay this course and would like to bring your attention to two specific areas:
- SCHOOL PLAYGROUND: The school playground is a reserved space for a specific cohort at our school and is not intended to be a shared space at this time. We continue to ask that parents and students refrain from using the school playground before or after school.
- MASK WEARING: All middle and high school students are required to wear masks when in communal areas such as the parking lot, school grounds, and inside hallways/bathrooms. If a Grade 6-12 student arrives at school without a mask, s/he can pick up a mask at the school office.

Although we are not able to have parent volunteers inside the school building this year, we are in need of noon-hour supervisors out on the school grounds. We are looking for help Monday to Friday from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM. If you are available to volunteer for one or more of these shifts, please contact Stephanie Carroll at firstname.lastname@example.org or 604.465.4442.

Let the Office Know
If your child is going to be late/absent or if s/he will have to leave school during the day — let the office know! Please call 604.465.4442 or email (email@example.com) the office to explain why your child is missing school to have it properly recorded. Students who are leaving during the school day need to go to the front office to sign out before leaving the school.
