June Outdoor Performances
It’s performance time! Don’t forget to grab your spot(s) for these fast-approaching outdoor events:
- The MRCS Drama Production of Footloose from Thursday, June 10 to Sunday, June 13 at 7:00 PM (tickets $15 per person)
- The Grade 9-12 Band Concerts on Tuesday, June 15 at 1:30 and 7:00 PM
As it stands, both of these events are drive-in and require attendees to remain seated in their vehicles for the duration of the performance. We have the capacity to host 50 vehicles that MUST BE REGISTERED. To give everyone the best viewing opportunity, we are asking guests to register larger vehicles (i.e., trucks, vans, or SUVs) in the back row and smaller vehicles in the rows closest to the stage.
Library Book Sale
Over 300 books have been gathered from the library for this week’s book sale! From Wednesday to Friday (June 9-11), students are invited to visit the library and check out our most well-loved picture books that can be purchased for $0.25 each (only cash accepted).
Charlotte Diamond Concert
The K-3 students are looking forward to a Charlotte Diamond Concert that will be held over Zoom this Thursday! We’re excited to hear favourites like “Four Hugs a Day” and “I am a Pizza” (complete with pizza hats that the K-3 students are busy getting ready).
Celebrating Our Grade 12 Graduates!
We are proud of each of our 2021 graduates and can’t wait to see what the Lord does next in their lives! If you would like to learn more about our graduating students, you can read through the grad spotlights by clicking on the grad photos/names here: Grad 2021 Spotlights »
Graduation Ceremony Livestream
This year’s graduation ceremony will be held outdoors on Thursday, June 17 at 6 PM. Only the families of the graduates are invited to this drive-in event, but everyone else can watch via livestream using this link: https://youtu.be/XxVBXQlxeVI
Look what’s happened! Two weeks ago, the green thermometer said that $2,140,000 million was saved in the bank. Today, the thermometer says that $2,150,000 million is in our saving’s account!
You can keep that number climbing by telling others about our need for new classrooms and a gym.
