Join us on our adventure! The event of 2021 that you have been waiting for – the MRCS annual dinner and auction – has moved online this year. We are excited to continue this tradition from the comfort of home!
When is it? Saturday, April 24 at 6:00 PM
How is it happening? From April 10-24, there will be a selection of auction items available for bids via an online auction website (which will be free to access).
On April 24, we will host a FREE evening event over Zoom. There will be fun activities and entertainment for the whole family as well as a small live auction.
What’s for dinner? We are excited to announce that Capri Italian Bakery + Bistro will provide dinner options for those who would like to purchase a take-and-bake meal to enjoy the night of the event. More information will be sent out regarding food orders in the coming months.
What are we fundraising for? We are in need of $2 million, so we can break ground and get our much-needed building expansion underway. This new space will permanently replace our portables and bring our Grade 4-7 students as well as the music and drama classes back into the school building. The new construction will also provide a gym with the proper dimensions for our high school athletics and will create needed office space for staff.
If you have any questions, please contact Monet Lamphere at m.lamphere@mrcs.ca. If you have any items/services you would like to donate to the auction, please fill out this form: Auction Item Donation Form »
